In Cherokee County, I have seen Flock cameras at the entrances to private subdivisions. So, I am wondering who is footing the bill for what is seemingly private protection paid for by public tax dollars.

Police officers should not have free access to the cameras. All access should have proof that the cameras are needed. And possibly need to be signed by a judge like a search warrant
