@potsyndromecoach: 🌞 Why do mornings feel SO hard with POTS? You slept. You rested. You did literally nothing for hours… So why do you wake up feeling exhausted? 😅 For many people with POTS, mornings can be challenging because of: 🌙 Going hours without fluids 🩸 Blood volume challenges 💓 Your body adjusting when you stand ⚡ Cortisol/adrenaline changes 🍳 Going all night without food Sometimes it feels like you need a recovery period from sleeping 😂 Learning how your body responds can make such a difference. Small morning habits like hydrating, getting up slowly, eating enough, and supporting your nervous system can help some people manage those rough starts. 👇 Tell me, are mornings the hardest part of your day with POTS? #pots #chronicillness #posturalorthostatictachycardiasyndrome #potsawareness #dysautonomia

Question: I just visited a beach town for 4-5 days and had zero POTS symptoms. And apparently this is a thing…anyone else? Thallassotherapy 🌊🤯

So what is the solution? Should you eat and drink before getting out of bed? would that make a difference?

Could you make a video about understanding pots as a partner. Mine is so so lovely and she just wants me to be healthy, but she’s SUPER fit and doesn’t understand why I can’t just work out 4-5 days a week and just eat 4 meals a day cause I’m able bodied. She doesn’t mean anything bad, she just doesn’t understand

I feel like this even after I take a 2 to 3 hour nap but I'm at fault bc I definitely am not hydrating enough bc I completely forget to drink, I forget to pee, I forget to eat, and I'm trying to work on that and I just started my adhd meds again so I'm hoping that'll help me

I thought that in movies when people would just like wake up and stretch and pop out of bed was 100% fiction for everyone and truly only happened in movies until I was like 28 and learned differently. 🥲🙃

I drink 2 huge glasses of water w electrolytes and get on the treadmill for 10 minutes. I don’t eat till early afternoon. This all helps.

standing afterwards for 2-5 minutes the brush teeth, hair, and face cream feels like torture. I'm considering a bathroom chair if I can fit it.
