@bella.chamberlin: Restaurant quality Caesar salad recipe: (4 servings) Dressing: - One tin anchovies - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise - 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard - 3 cloves garlic - 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce - Juice of one lemon - 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan - Salt and pepper to taste In a large bowl add in all the oil from the tin of anchovies, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. In a separate bowl mash together the garlic and half the can of anchovies (save the rest for topping) until it’s a paste. Add in the lemon juice, stir, and add that mixture to the big bowl. Add in Parmesan and salt and pepper to taste. Croutons: - 2 pieces of sourdough cut into small cubes - 1 1/2 teaspoons avocado or olive oil - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder - Salt and pepper to taste - 1/3 cup Parmesan Mix the sourdough cubes with everything but the Parmesan. Transfer to a baking pan and add lots of Parmesan on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes or until crisp.
