listennnn. we had an above ground pool growing up and my entire family built a deck that came up to the same level as the pool and it felt in ground!! we were the only house in the neighborhood with a pool and when I tell you our house was always the party house in the summer. it was a good sized one too, and we didn't even care it wasn't in ground.

After Covid. Public pools are disgustingly gross. I wonder if that many people not going to school really messed up understanding of clean and sanitation. Also I think people are too depressed to care about public spaces. It’s so sad. 😞

best thing we ever did was decided to put up above ground pool 20 years ago we get a new one every 4 or 5 years kids are in them all summer no other annoying strangers or pool rules we have our own mini Waterpark
