@nonyliving: 🇨🇦 Applying for LMIA jobs? Read this first! One of the biggest mistakes job seekers make is applying to every LMIA job posting they see without carefully reading the details. In this video, I walk you through step by step how to use the Government of Canada’s Job Bank to: ✅ Search for LMIA-approved job postings ✅ Understand what an approved LMIA means ✅ Check who the employer is willing to consider ✅ Identify when an employer indicates they may accept applications from candidates outside Canada ✅ Find alternative application methods (where provided) ✅ Improve your application by tailoring your résumé and cover letter to the specific job Remember: An approved LMIA does NOT guarantee that an employer is actively recruiting candidates from outside Canada, and it does NOT guarantee a job offer or a work permit. Every employer has different hiring needs and requirements, so always read the full job posting carefully before applying. 💡 A strong, well-tailored application can improve your chances, but no one can guarantee employment. Stay consistent, apply strategically, and keep improving your application materials. ⚠️ Disclaimer: This video is for general informational and educational purposes only. I am not an immigration consultant, lawyer, recruiter, or HR professional. I do not offer jobs, LMIA approvals, or employment placement services. Always verify information through official Government of Canada resources and the individual employer’s job posting before making any decisions.
