Immediately get a new doctor…my office has small plastic ones with lights on it..and they use warm lubricant to help ease it in.

Why isn’t it coated with silicone? Why do women constantly have to BEG for their own safety and comfort? Like we start bleeding at the age of 12 if not younger. WTF? 🤬 And then the pain of perimenopause and the over 200 bucks a month for HRT????

My doctor’s office uses warm plastic ones. Hygienic and liability wise there’s no way they’d allow me to bring something like that from the outside of offices in to theirs.
