Ruru-chan is an original character made by Noko, the frontman of the band “Shinsei Kamattechan.” She is supposed to represent victims of suicide and mental health issues. Please, understand that she is NOT Rorochan_1999. While the real girl is one of the individuals that the song and character is supposed to portray, Ruru ≠ Roro. Additionally, if I’m correct, isn’t Ruru supposed to be derived from a character from Magical Girl Site, Kosame Amagai?

roro and ruru are diff persons.. Ruru (the girl in the video) is supposed to represent EVERY TEENAGER with problems and depressing tendencies and thoughts. Roro was one of the people that inspired Ruru. It's like a song for all the teenagers we lost because of their solitude/problems/etc. [embarrassed]
