Mix sodium silicate in silica sand and pass CO2 gas it becomes hard as rock. a process used to cast metal parts.
But it is not stronger than concrete. The moisture pick up is very high.
Absorbs water like a sponge.
The effect of reinforcement to strengthen the structure will never ever like RCC.
