Follow @ruhamasfood for more🤍 RECIPE BELOW Recipe: Ingredients: 3 cucumbers, thinly sliced 1 small red onion, thinly sliced 1/2 jalapeño pepper, seeds removed and thinly sliced 2 ripe avocados, cubed A handful of fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped 3 hard-boiled eggs 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon sumac 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil Juice of 1 lemon Garnish: Chopped fresh mint Method: 1. In a nice salad bowl, add the sliced cucumbers, red onion, jalapeño, avocado, and mint leaves. 2. Shred the hard-boiled eggs on top. 3.
