Can I choose the spinal over general anesthesia? GA sounds absolutely insane to me. I want to feel none of it the rocking a pulling and pressures is enough to unsettle me.

As someone who had an emergency c section with my first, I’m still so nervous for my planned with my second. I’m also emetephobic so I am TERRIFIED of throwing up. What can I do to ensure that that is addressed?? 😅 I remember being nauseated with my last one but not getting sick but also I started convulsing and don’t remember much else 😅

I have the tendency to throw up my guts after the anesthesia/surgery. they give me meds but it still doesn't help and I usually stop once my body doesn't have anything in my system to throw up. they had told me to tell them whenever I go under anesthesia but I forgot what its called.
