@connective_wellnessco: At some point I stopped being able to eat leftovers—not wouldn't, couldn't. Food I'd eaten fine the day before was suddenly a problem, and it took a while to figure out I was reacting to histamine that had built up overnight. High histamine is in a lot of foods that are supposed to be good for you: spinach, avocado, fermented foods—all on the wellness list, all potential triggers for an hEDS body with mast cell involvement. And the list you found online is someone else's triggers, not yours. Yentl and Sabrina—our lifestyle health and nutrition coaches—can eat things I react to. It's that individual. If you’re tired of navigating this by yourself, message us NUTRITION and we'll send you more info on what it’s like to work with our lifestyle health and nutrition coaches. 💜 #connectivewellness #heds #mcasawareness

Great advice. 💯💯💯 They probably just heard someone say that some fruits/vegetables/ for that matter ways of preparing food have higher histamine reactions for "that someone" especially considering there are H1 and H2 histamines and some fruits will instigate H2 & H1 histamine flare when that someone already has Gerds from Auto-inflammatory illnesses & MCAS?
