@cast_iron_chris: Back from the💀 Stovetop seasoning is a great way to build a strong and durable seasoning if your seasoning is looking janky or you just want to build more layers. Since the pan is huge it was harder to season the edges since it wasn’t under the direct heat (compared to the center) so I would adjust the skillet from time to time to the edge to try and get the temp higher. It wasn’t perfect (compared to my gorgeous pan) but pretty damn close. The seasoning will naturally build and blend in further with use.
