Samsung doesn't care about after sales... They have a real problem with their ring. Tons of people complaining that after less than a year, the battery degrades hard and they get less than a day on it. I had that, sent it in, they replaced it, 10 months later, same problem. A known defect as it's ALL over the place. They won't do anything about it. Given that I have samsung appliances, TV, vacuum, monitors, phone, watch and ring, it may be time to start transitioning to other brands. $550 ring, useless after 20 months.
