I really loved this segment because it beautifully captured the essence of womanhood. When Jam admitted that she’s actually a softie, it really resonated with me. She realized that beneath all the strength and independence, she also wanted to be taken care of. What struck me the most was when she said she stopped pouring all her love into someone else and started giving that same love to herself. That’s when she truly began to glow. It was such a powerful reminder that self-love can completely transform a person. What made me admire her even more was the way she spoke about her son. When he was being bullied and called “gay” or “soft,” she didn’t try to toughen him up. Instead, she defended him and said she’d rather have a son who’s called soft than one who’s “hard” because he wasn’t raised right. And if he ever grows up to be gay, he has nothing to worry about because his mom will always be his ally. That kind of unconditional love and acceptance is what every child deserves. Even before this interview, when many people only saw her “mataray” or “bitchy” persona, I always had this feeling that underneath it all was a woman of substance with a genuinely kind heart. This interview only confirmed what I already felt. Salute to you, Ma’am @The REAL Jam Magno Thank you for showing that true strength isn’t about being the loudest or toughest person in the room—it’s about having the courage to be soft, to love yourself, and to love others without conditions.
