As a nurse, I feel this area hurts me the most. Going extra miles for my patients and at the end, I get complaints or expectations not met. This is where I start losing my compassion and distance myself since I came into this field to serve others.

And a lot of those cases it’s easier to settle for less amount than full on litigation. I’m on an HOA board, same issue
