‏Potato Boats قوارب البطاطس لوصفات أكثر ضيفوني 👇🏼 @hend.hd ١- قشري البطاطس، اغسليها وقطعيها أنصاف، ثم احفريها من النص (تجويفها). ٢- اقليها في زيت ساخن ثم رصيها في صينية. ٣- اطبخي لحمًا مفرومًا مع بصل، وصلصة طماطم، والتوابل التي تفضلينها، وبقدونس. ٤- وزعي اللحم داخل البطاطس. ٥- غطيها بطبقة من البشاميل (استخدمت بشاميل جاهز). ٦- وزعي جبن موزاريلا ثم حمريها في الفرن من الأعلى. ⸻ Potato Boats For more recipes, follow👇🏼 @hend.hd 1- Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them in half, then scoop out the center. 2- Deep-fry them in hot oil, then arrange them in a baking tray. 3- Cook ground beef with onion, tomato sauce, your favorite spices, and parsley. 4- Fill the potato boats with the beef mixture. 5- Cover with a layer of béchamel sauce (I used ready-made béchamel). 6- Top with mozzarella cheese, then broil until golden on top
