This is an interesting question because there's a spectrum between modest and revealing.

Scandalous. The outfit is scandalous but I rarely comment on what others are wearing or what they look like 🤷♀️

Brave. Lol I'm a hijab so I'm always covered but I can admire anyone for wearing whatever they're comfortable in. There are times I think it might be inappropriate for a specific situation but I just consider it brave for continuing to wear what they want and ignoring potential judgement.

Or attractive maybe, but as in attracting the attention of others. Or maybe eye-catching.

Muslim mama here and I just tell my 9y rold daughter they're dressing 'differently' to Mumma. its a 'different choice" despite our own beliefs u CAN raise kids to know our Islamic beliefs encourage modest dressing but other people may NOT always have a set of beliefs or live their lives governed by any religion/faith and that's SOOOO OK with us. they are living their life how THEY want to... becoz life and Islam is about love and respecting differences. and that's it. she knows her body is precious and SHE is already choosing not to let others have access to it unless shes ok with it ✨❤️xx

As a modest girl, I probably wouldn’t describe it at all. If I really needed to for some reason, I would just say “immodest” Sorry.

It depends on severity and environment of course. My style has changed a lot as I’ve become an adult and the things I used to wear I can’t stand anymore LOL. I’m a huge advocate for women being allowed to wear whatever they want, but to answer the question I usually say “interesting”

I usually chalk it up to “inappropriate for the occasion” but who am i to be the outfit police? I dont pay it much mind honestly

I probably think about dress more in terms of appropriate and Not appropriate for the location or situation.

Depends, could be boldly, creatively, freely. Modesty can refer to covering a lot, or just not flashy. It's heavily subjective so it depends on the context. Are you writing something?
