Honestly, as an American, my immediate answer was HEELLLLLLL NO. But if I think about it, if this vending machine was in a decent neighborhood, it would work. But in downtown la or Seattle, it would be broken the hour it’s set. There are a lot of decent cities everywhere, we just focus on the extreme cities that makes the news constantly
