As a banker - Jack Henry is the worst. It glitches daily- about 500 times a day!!! It’s the worst! 1000 steps just to close an account 😩😩😩 and do not get me started on Silverlake !! Lol

Girl we have 5 systems to just see what’s the status of account and all of the 5 keep timing out and have us reset and log on twice. All the typing you see is either us trying to login or find answers on internal source lol
