Can a parent’s be different from other types of love? Yes. Different, not more “real” than other types of love. My love of self, God, my mother, friends is all real, deep, and abiding. I don’t measure my love by type, or consider that I am “lacking” a particular type. I am both childless and single. I have “real” love in my life.

You said a mouth full when you said “it’s within you” the child is normally “within you”for 9 straight months. I think it’s a little much to say not knowing real or unconditional. . . Nevertheless looking at a soul that mirrors you in every way tends to overshadow everything you thought was love. A husband may Divorce you, but a child whom has your every trait will be your child & natural love regardless.
