I have all of those foot problems because I have a neuromuscular disease! I’ve had at least eight really extensive foot surgeries to date. I also have a EEEE width foot and something that says wide, in reality it’s a B not an E and definitely not a 4E

Also to mention. Women's feet are different from men's. Women mostly have what it considered a "pie" or triavnglr shaped foot meaning your heel is narrower than the balls of your feet and toes. So we need a wider toe box to begin with but many many shoes do not account for that.
