This location is in Tsawwassen right across from the outlet mall. 📍 4949 Canoe Pass Wy 504, Tsawwassen, BC V4M 4G9 Easily one of my favorite breakfast spots, De Dutch has been my family’s go to for decades and I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s the case for many of you as they’ve been open since 1975. You guys may know them for the giant, thin Dutch pancake (Pannekoek) that is topped with your choice of breakfast fixings whether that be bacon, sausage (bratwurst), eggs or any sweet toppings like bananas or berries, they have something for everyone. One of my favorite things they got is their fresh orange juice, squeezed right in front of you as a machine dispenses it - so cool I didn’t know this was a thing. I got to try: - Boer’s (Farmer’s) Pannekoek (EVERYTHING SAVORY 🌟🌟🌟) - Boer’s Omelette (loaded and hearty) - Bitter Ballen (beef filled croquettes with spices, so tasty) - Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice The servers at this location were so friendly, accommodating and the owner, what an incredible woman. There’s a strong community feel at this spot and you can really see why. If for whatever reason you haven’t tried De Dutch, I really recommend you guys stop by and try it out, they’re amazing!
