![So I checked out Yunqueen Rice noodles in Vancouver. They specialize in Yunnan style rice noodles and soup, and man, they are generous with the portions here! The restaurant has only been open for about 4 months and is the first location to open in Canada. For only 12.95, you get a fully loaded bowl of soup and rice noodles. You get to choose spice level, how rich you want it to be, what kind of meat you like and the type of noodles you want (I recommend the rice noodles of course). The bowl of soup is super rich, comforting and packed with flavor. They make their broths every single morning, ensuring each batch is fresh and that the quality is tasted in every serving! PRO TIPS: - They have a points program that accumulates points based on your spend. You can use these points later on discounts or branded merch they have available at the restaurant! - There is a sauce bar you can use, complimentary. Similar to most DIY hot pot places but my honest recommendation is that you won’t need it, the soup is already so flavorful to begin with. Overall, this is exceptional food for the price you pay. I could confidently say you could share a bowl between two people but at the least, have an extra meal for yourself later. I’d definitely recommend trying this out if you’re in the area!
