Make your own syrup - one cup water + one cup sugar (I do half white/half brown sugar). Heat it on the stove just until the sugar is fully dissolved. Let cool then add vanilla bean paste or pure vanilla extract - about 2T. It’s delicious in the cafe Bustelo!

I agee! it gets on my nerves when someone makes an iced "coffee " and it like only 1 or 2 shades darker than milk lol. that's not coffee. that's milk with a hint of coffee. 😆
