Cut just above two leaves. Honestly, depending upon how long you want it, you can cut it above any two leaves. It will grow back quickly and bloom.

Ohhh I just shared a video on this! I’ll tag you in the comments if you want to watch it. The short answer is to cut right above the growth nodes. The growth nodes are going to be where you see 2 leaves on the stem. In the picture I attached, you’ll see where 2 more stems are trying to grow above the leaves circled in red. Those are coming from the growth nodes! I like to cut above the lowest growth node but I have a long growing season so mine have plenty of time to develop after a big chop. I hope this helps!

I don’t think they are cut and come again, I think you’re supposed to top them when they’re young so they bush out instead of growing tall. More like cut and spread out. But if there is a method for cut and come again I’d like to get in on that information too!
