@_itsnate: Rest in Peace man. Just heard about the passing. He was one of the first dudes I watched and looked up to when I started my lifting journey. If there’s one thing that can be learned from this, it’s just the importance of mental health. You see a lot of people doing some crazy things in the world and are tempted to do the same. Sometimes you gotta pull back and realize what is actually important: friends, family, loved ones, etc. Gotta look in the mirror and ask “am I really happy or am I doing xyz things to conform to society.” Keep yourself grounded and just pay attention to the things that truly matter Rest in Peace dude
