Before Argentina’s third goal, there was a clear shirt pull that should have been a penalty for Egypt. At the very least, the referee should have stopped play and reviewed the incident before allowing the third goal to stand. Even if he had eventually decided it wasn’t a penalty, he still should have checked it because it was a significant incident. This decision completely affected the outcome of the match.
