I know everyone is saying organ trafficking but like, missing organs would have shown up on the autopsies. That would be a very big detail to leave out of the story. The only guess i've got is that maybe they reacted poorly to whatever meds they were on post-op and went into some kind of psychosis that made them climb up there? But even in that case, I would assume somebody would hear a voice or some movement from the ceiling long before they died up there.

as a nurse, at first, I thought "you'd be surprised how many patients climb to the ceiling and hide", but... never heard someone post op abdominal surgery to be able to move like that. unless he was up on way too much morphine and couldn't feel the pain at all, surge from high doses of opioids make people do crazy stuff

Not only that why and how would they get up in there!!???….these two men had pretty severe injuries and major surgery there’s no way they could ever get up into the ceiling and WHY would they even want to go up there it makes zero sense the hospital definitely had something to do with it and should be thoroughly investigated!!!

myb a bit random but: close person to my family dispaered for 7 years. no one knows how and what hapened, but he disapired more then 1000 from home in diferent country. somehow he got back home with no clothes on in the midle of woods .... he have dementia and cant function anymore practically he is like 5 yo kid now and forever will be .... he was completly normal before disapiring... and no one knows what hapened and never will.

and if they died of natural causes would that suggest that they didn't make any effort to escape or get someone's attention, if they died in the ceiling with no evidence of efforts so escape it's so bizarre
