hi beautiful, last summer i was 89 lbs at 5’3 and now im 101 lbs at the same height, im still skinny but my body is fuller, ive been taking estarylla birth control and it stops my period and BOOSTTTSSSS my appetite, i also have a mirena iud which does the same, smoking weed and vaping suppresses your appetite so thats no good, if youre unhappy with your weight i do reccomend birth control and eating when you’re even a little hungry

perfectly healthy weight. America is the biggest country in the world so we are calibrated to see this as abnormal when the rest of them are unhealthy. Europe and Asia are more normal sized.
