no please please please practice on ur own time or even if you can get a trainer or one on one sessions it’s not worth the stress of not being good enough and also don’t start ANY substance it ruins ur stamina and lung capacity and most importantly pls run and do

Practice on your own time! Work on dribbling and positioning your feet for shots. I wish I had worked harder when I first started. But as an incoming senior highschool soccer was so fun! Hope you love it!

Hey as someone who started off a little late as well, I started in middle school, 7th grade. I felt so out of it I didn’t think I would’ve ever been as good as the girls that had already started soccer… since they played since they were younger or had experienced with it and I never had any of those once I started soccer. But I met so many girls in my team that are sisters to me now even though I don’t play anymore. But just know you will do good!! With or without experience, you will do good and it is okay to start late, it is never to late for anything, you just have to practice practice, and you will do amazing you will be okay. Of course there will always be girls judging just ignore them girl, you do you, and you will get far. I hope the best for you, you will do great!!

I stood out and I was the odd one out always. I hated the sport in highschool and couldn’t wait for it to be over. Until my junior year I had the best season of my life and now in my last year I’m soaking it all in. It might take a bit, but you’ll like it :) .

I played 8th grade till 9th with no experience I was gonna play for 9th grade hs but I had a vivid memory of the girls mocking something I did during try outs but at the time I didn’t care I forgot why I didn’t play but it was fun I made friends and memories even tho I was ass and at times during matches I was Lwk confused and embarrassed 😭😭
