A bedside resume cannot be used to apply for remote nursing roles. And a generic “remote-friendly” resume isn’t going to cut it either. Stop leading with direct patient care language. Instead, highlight the skills necessary for the role(s) you decide to pursue. You already have transferable skills. They just need translation. ⸻ 4️⃣ Skip job boards. Yes, really. If a remote role is on Indeed you’re not competing with 10 nurses, you could be competing with 1,200 others. The best roles are often posted on company sites before they flood job boards. ⸻ 5️⃣ Apply directly through company career sites — and be early. Timing matters. Volume matters. Strategy matters.
