@smalltowninfluencer: 2 items from Trader Joe's and you've got yourself a company worthy main dish. I cannot stress enough how good these are!! Ingredients1 lb frozen large shrimp (shell-off, deveined, no thawing needed!)4 tbsp salted butter2 cloves garlic, grated1 tsp Dijon mustard1 tbsp fresh lemon juiceSalt and pepper (to taste)Chopped scallions I did three hundred and eighty degrees for 9 minutes.That was perfect for me. and I doubled the dijon, that's basically all I changed, except for microwaving the dijon, with the butter and garlic. SO FREAKING GOOD. #shrimproll #shrimprecipes

Just made this for dinner and they were amazing! When I was at TJ’s yesterday getting the shrimp and buns I noticed my store also had brioche hotdog buns with the slice on top. I went with the normal hotdog buns like yours and you’re right.. I would have guessed they’re brioche if I didn’t know better.
