@gertybeth: I recently was diagnosed with PCOS which is linked to insulin resistance and I was told by my doctor to avoid sugar, she said if I do have some, my body will process it better if I am active afterwards. Most of the snacks here are designed to have 30-80% less sugar than traditional candy per gram. I’m personally also trying to avoid „zero sugar“ options because many of them use artificial sweeteners that disrupt your gut microbiome.
