Let me hold your hand, there are regressions for their entire childhood . Our son slept through for 2 years and then just like that, multiple wake ups for over 9 months. It never ends 😭😭😭

My daughter did this for awhile around that age, really early wakes and would keep her in the room with the curtains drawn and not get her up properly until 6/6.30. Tried adjusting her bedtime and naps and sleep routine. Like most things though it was just a phase and she grew out of it herself.

My son just turned 3 and was the best sleeper now he doesn’t want to nap and still won’t go to bed till 9:30pm and waking at 6:30am he is an overtired mess! I’m trying everything to get him to nap because he definitely needs it still 😭

We are In this stage, my 19 month old has slept though the night for so long and bam for the last week and a half multiple wake ups, some times for a feed and sometimes just for a cuddle. Please let this be a phase

lol there must be. I also have 20 month old boy. He doesn’t wake up early but he will cry when I put him down on and off , and overnight too. Sometimes he settles and other times it’s take ages. But picking him up makes it worse 😫 I just pray every sleep time he’s ok lol
