ফজরের আজান শুনতেই যে মানুষটার ঘুম ভাঙে। অন্ধকার থাকতে থাকতেই মাঠে ছুটে যায়। ভার টানতে টানতে যার কাঁধে কষ্টের দাগ পড়ে গেছে। নিজের ক্লান্তি লুকিয়েও যে মানুষটা শুধু বলে, "সব ঠিক আছে।" আমি তাঁকে ভীষণ ভালোবাসি—তিনি আমার বাবা। যে মানুষ কখনো কবিতার ছন্দ বোঝেন না, গানের সুর ধরেন না, গল্পে সময় কাটান না। আধুনিকতার ভাষা বোঝেন না, কিন্তু খুব ভালো বোঝেন সংসারের হিসাব। চাল কত কেজি লাগবে, সন্তানের হাতখরচ কত, জুতো ছিঁড়েছে কিনা, ঈদে কার কী লাগবে—এসবই তাঁর ভাবনা। আমি তাঁকে ভীষণ ভালোবাসি। ভালোবাসি সেই হিসেবি মানুষটাকে। কাজ করতে করতে যে মানুষটার হাত খসখসে হয়ে গেছে। রোদের তাপে ফেটে গেছে চামড়া। তবুও আমার জ্বর এলে সেই শক্ত হাতেই কপালে জলপট্টি রাখেন। যে মানুষ কখনো মুখে "ভালোবাসি" বলেন না, কিন্তু বাজার থেকে আমার পছন্দের মাছটাই কিনে আনেন, ঈদে পছন্দের পোশাকটাই উপহার দেন। আমি তাঁকে ভীষণ ভালোবাসি। ভালোবাসি সেই না-বলা ভালোবাসার মানুষটাকে। যে মানুষ নিজের পাঞ্জাবিটা পাঁচ বছর পরেও বদলান না, অথচ ঈদে আমাদের জন্য নতুন জামা কিনে আনেন। নিজের জন্য বলেন, "আমার কিছু লাগবে না।" আর নিজের ভাগের মাংসটুকুও আমার পাতে তুলে দেন। আমি তাঁকে ভালোবাসি। ভীষণ ভালোবাসি সেই নিঃস্বার্থ মানুষটাকে। যে মানুষটা রাতে ঘুমিয়ে পড়েন না। আমি দেরি করলে দরজার দিকে কান পেতে থাকেন। কখন আমার পায়ের শব্দ শুনবেন—সেই অপেক্ষায় থাকেন। দিনে শাসন করেন কঠিন গলায়, কিন্তু রাতে চুপিচুপি আমার গায়ে কাঁথা টেনে দেন। আমি তাঁকে ভীষণ ভালোবাসি। ভালোবাসি সেই কঠোর অথচ সবচেয়ে কোমল মানুষটাকে। হাঁটতে হাঁটতে যে মানুষটার পায়ের তলা ফেটে গেছে। পুরোনো জুতোটাও বারবার মুচির কাছে সেলাই করিয়ে পরেন। তবুও সেই পায়ে হেঁটেই আমার মাদ্রাসায় গেছেন, শুধু আমার ভবিষ্যৎ গড়ার জন্য। যে মানুষ ব্যাংক ব্যালেন্সের হিসাব জানেন না, শুধু জানেন—সন্তানের মুখে হাসি না থাকলে তাঁর পৃথিবী অন্ধকার হয়ে যায়। আমি তাঁকে ভীষণ ভালোবাসি। তিনি আমার বটবৃক্ষ। যাঁর ছায়ায় দাঁড়ালে মনে হয়, জীবনের সব ঝড়-ঝঞ্ঝাই ছোট হয়ে যায়। আল্লাহ তাআলা পৃথিবীর সকল বাবা-মাকে সুস্থতা, দীর্ঘ নেক হায়াত ও রহমত দান করুন। আর যাদের বাবা-মা আজ আমাদের মাঝে নেই, আল্লাহ তাআলা তাঁদের জান্নাতুল ফিরদাউসের সর্বোচ্চ মর্যাদা দান করুন। আমীন। #কবিতা #poem #poetry #baba #বাবা

That’s just clever marketing; this soap is not gentle at all. For starters, the only safe ingredient listed is water…The rest of the ingredients? 👉 A chemical cocktail that should not be used on ducks or in your kitchen! 👇 
 ❌ Synthetic Fragrances: this ingredient is meant to “add smell,” but it can also add a range of toxic chemicals like phthalates, VOCs like formaldehyde, and other toxic substances that can cause a plethora of health problems like hormone disruption, brain fog, dizziness, headaches, and can even lead to more major problems like asthma and Alzheimer’s. 
❌ Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS): this ingredient strips your body’s natural oils that usually act as a shield for your semipermeable skin. This allows toxic substances in dish soap and other environmental contaminants to ultimately penetrate your skin and get into your bloodstream. 
❌ If you needed another reason to ditch the Dawn dish soap, it leaves a chemical residue on your dishes (FYI - sink rinsing and hot rinse cycles in the dishwasher don’t help). That residue is toxic and gets ingested over and over again every time you sit down to eat a meal! 🤮 Thankfully, the swap here is easy: 
On your next grocery run, go to the cleaning products aisle and just look up; the safer brands of dish soaps are usually shelved higher (some stores may organize products differently, so tell us in the comments if you had to go high or low to find the safer dish soaps). 🧼
