I watched a video on TikTok where a guy said he used ChatGPT to help fix his TMJ problems and you gave him exercises to do and a routine for the exercises which he did for about a week and a half and permanently resolved his TMJ problems. I would love for you to do the same for me.” Again, I am not a medical practitioner and you should do this at your own risk, or not at all. The reason I yapped for so long in the last video is because I wanted to share more of *my experience* and the specific benefits that I got by using ChatGPT to help fix my TMJ problems. I didn’t express that clearly enough up front. In that video, I also wanted to share the other symptoms this type of problems can cause in your body (anxiety, stress, etc). This video is basically an explanation of that, and I share the exercises I did (but not in great detail because every person needs very specific instruction).
