i get this 100%, and i get wanting to wait until outside the villa… but what i don’t get is why then calling it “exclusively dating” because that is literally no different than being in a relationship. they defined it as not dating anyone else and wanting a future together… so a relationship. i think the whole thing could have been avoided considering everyone already knew they were closed off, and i honestly think zach just brought it up bc he’s insecure that they were in the bottom three and wants to prove their connection to people. they both keep saying “it doesn’t matter what people think, we know what we have” but are obviously so concerned about what people think 😭😭😭

I feel like the word “exclusive” would have meant a lot more if it happened earlier, when there were actually more options in the villa and no one was really closed off yet. I also understand not wanting to fully commit while you’re still in the villa, but Zach has shown multiple times that he’s unsure. He keeps making comments that allude to them not really being official, which makes the whole “exclusive” label feel less meaningful.
