Does this work on general hyperpigmentation that won’t go away? (FYI: this was video 2 on my FYP - normally it says paid if you have paid for it so I am assuming it is a standard video)

It’s been 37!days on the blue bottle and not much difference despite me using tinted sunscreen multiple times a day and using skincare for melasma. I actually noticed it darkened a little this week, is that normal?
