Thousands of applications over the last two years. Twenty years of experience, great resume, and decent portfolio. Absolutely nothing. I’m opening my own consulting studio this week. There are no other options- I have to pay my bills and provide for my kids. I can’t think about failure anymore.

I applied to a job in May, yesterday I got frustrated walked in and said “I see you’re still hiring is this true? I applied months ago is there any updates on my application?” I was hired and I believe it’s 100% AI filtering out resumes
