inclusion is about consistency, intentionality, and whether dark skin was actually considered as part of the brand’s vision, not treated like an afterthought that occasionally gets lucky. because if the only products that work for me are a winter foundation and maybe a blush here or there, that tells me the brand understands dark skin in FRAGMENTS, not fully. true inclusion means i should be able to move through an entire complexion category without constantly compromising depth, undertone, seasonality, or functionality. otherwise, what’s being sold is PROXIMITY to inclusion, not ACTUAL inclusion. let’s do better!! @Makeup By Mario @sephora
