Thanks everyone for the love on this post. I can also see there’s been some confusion about what our message actually is, so I just wanted to clear it up. This has never been about Uber’s 30% fee. Businesses need to make money, and we understand that. Our issue is poor service. Cold food, long wait times, poor communication, and poor customer support are things customers shouldn’t have to accept, and that’s what we’re standing against. What we’re not okay with is how Uber handled this. On a recorded call, we were told they would speak with their legal team and come back to us. Instead, we received a termination letter. We were open to working together and finding a solution, but that opportunity was taken away. We believe businesses that help build these platforms deserve honest communication and a fair chance to resolve issues. At the end of the day, this has always been about giving customers a better experience. We’ll keep pushing for that, no matter what. We love you all, Thank you for everything 🫶🏻

Uber allows drivers to stack orders from multiple locations then drop off at one place then travel 15 minutes the opposite direction to another place

Nothing worse than paying top dollar for a meal on uber and it arrives cold because the uber driver has 2-3 other orders with him that he has to deliver aswell. Even something as simple as a heat bag could help this

Yeh tbh Uber is sht man. Hiked up prices, food comes shit and we pay $9.99 for delivery for it to be late. Not worth it.

I wish uber would just deliver my meal… I’m sick of watching them drive to other houses before mine.. I do it because I can shower after work while I wait for food to be delivered, gives me more time in the afternoon to relax

I am with uber on this… of course they take 30% - as do all hotel sites. Just do what everyone else does and raise the price by 30% on there…

Uber eats drivers wait for other orders then delivers more at a time. Great for them. But the food we order gets cold and it’s not how the app is supposed to work
