@themedicinecabinetrn: Sperm quality directly impacts pregnancy health, especially the risk of medical conditions of pregnancy like preeclampsia. #fertility #pregnancy #ttc #biology #edutokcontest
My husband doesn’t smoke or drink, hydrates well, has a relatively low stress office job, and I’m 23 weeks pregnant and haven’t felt sick even once this whole pregnancy 🙂↕️

My fiancé is super healthy, we eat salads at least 5 times a week, have veggies with every dinner, we don’t eat fried or greasy foods often, we eat lots of protein & fiber, stay hydrated, take our vitamins, he has a very physical job as well. He smokes and drinks beers occasionally but for the most part we’re very healthy. I’m 8 months pregnant & it’s been a breeze, I haven’t had morning sickness, I always have energy, never have crazy cravings, I don’t have problems sleeping. I’m very blessed & this makes a lot of sense

My husband is a smoker, frequently drinks and isn’t that into sports. Yet i’m super lucky and almost no complications. Currently at 30 weeks 🙈

this is correct, wife's pregnancy was very smooth twice because I ensured I stayed extremely healthy, didn't drink any alcohol, no smoking, and was taking essentially prenatal multivitamins. she had minimal sickness and felt great. It's the least I could do for how difficulty of a pregnancy alongside postpartum. got to lock in.

Love this for me! My husband and I both locked in SO hard for an entire year before we started trying to conceive, we’ve always been extremely healthy people but we still wanted to go the extra mile and really put in the work. I am now currently 33 weeks pregnant and feel amazing ♥️I highly encourage others to do the same, it makes such a massive difference!

I had 3 miscarriages with my ex over 6 years. I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant with my first healthy baby and a new man after being together for a year. I thought it was me the whole time 🤷🏽♀️

Not to argue, but my husband drinks and eats horribly. I didn’t have any morning sickness throughout my entire pregnancy! I do have gestational diabetes though🤔 I’m 36 weeks tomorrow

Can confirm! My 2nd we did no prep/vitamins/etc got pregnant on the first try and I had HG and was induced for preeclampsia. This time around we focused on his health, vitamins, diet, exercise etc and I have not thrown up once and my blood pressure has been amazing!! 16 weeks in so it may change but so far so good!

My husband took a fertility vitamin pack for 3 months before we conceived. I did the same with my prenatal regimen. I’ve had an incredibly easy pregnancy so far and I’m 36 weeks. Nothing to compare it to as it’s my first pregnancy but we will certainly be doing the same thing again next time!

We both cut out drinking, ate healthier (though not exclusively), took daily (+prenatal) vitamins, and exercised (he more than I) beginning a few months beforehand. I’m now 20 weeks in and have not had any symptoms, fatigue, or sicknesses. I know it’s not a guarantee + genetics play into it a lot, but we took the prep seriously and it seems to have paid off!
