When someone made false accusations and spread lies about me, you didn't listen to both sides. Instead, you only listened to one side and banned my account. When I opened a ticket to ask what I had supposedly done wrong and how I could recover my account, your response was to close the ticket, mute me, and ban me from the server instead of helping. I'm a paying customer. I spent my money on your platform, and I shouldn't be treated like this. You need to resolve this issue properly.
