Hmm. Ok question. Have you ever seen a purse you really wanted or a pair of high heels that you've had your eye for a real long time? Ok ok so you have and you bought them you wear them around a few times and then into the closet where they remain, collecting dust. Now say for instance you didn't want them and you give them away. Four days later you see your shoes that you wanted so bad on someone else, now that perpetual door starts ta swing now you want them back. See my point is it was never that you truly wanted them it was just the idea having them. Wanting and having, see the wanting is better than the having" expresses the psychological truth that the anticipation and pursuit of a goal often bring more excitement and joy than actually achieving or possessing it. The thrill lies in the imagination, whereas reality can sometimes fall short. It's really not that complicated, it's human behavior.
