@urnovafoodie: I had never seen a sichuan bagel before Bagel Street and now I can’t stop thinking about it. It is a family-owned spot in Vienna that is doing things with bagels that genuinely don’t exist anywhere else. The sichuan street bagel with Chinese sausage, egg, kewpie mayo, and hot honey was incredible! They create new bagels and combos that are so innovative. Bagel Street sells out every day so on weekends especially, get there early! 📍523 Maple Avenue W, Vienna, VA
