it doesn't do that read the actual document. it only prohibits the use of the military as a police force unless granted by congress or by the governor of the state.

You are correct and… Posse Comitatus is not in the Constitution. They see following orders, as is the code of the military. They are not going to leave because you tell them to. They could contact their superior, and maybe should. But let’s at least give them that they were polite.
