Well, that seems illegal to define the offer by age

I recently finished the Luvoron AI course, and it was honestly one of the easiest ways I’ve found to learn AI. Everything is explained clearly, and you can start applying what you learn right away. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who’s just getting started.

Funny enough this is 100% real. I work with a nonprofit and we are applying for two coding “fellows” (their name for them). They will come work here, salary paid by Anthropic to help with our AI branch. 85k isn’t standard but they will pay well and relocate them for us here. I’m excited the word is spreading!

To those commenting that it’s age discrimination, they’re restricting it to people with less than 2 years work experience which is allowed: “Anyone over 18 with under two years of full-time work experience is welcome to apply, regardless of educational background. The only requirements are that you’re authorized to work in the US, are comfortable working with Claude, and are willing to relocate if necessary. (Relocation support is available as needed.)” https://www.anthropic.com/claude-corps/fellow

The claim is based on a real program called Claude Corps. Anthropic is funding a fellowship where participants earn about $85,000/year plus benefits while helping U.S. nonprofits adopt AI and Claude.
The catch is that it's not:
"Get paid to use Claude at home."
"A permanent Anthropic job."
"Open to everyone indefinitely."
Instead, it's a competitive, one year fellowship. The first cohort is around 100 fellows, with a longer term goal of training 1,000 across multiple cohorts. Participants are placed with nonprofits, and the official employer is CodePath, not Anthropic.
The "no degree" part is also largely true. The program does not require a college degree. It's aimed at early career people (generally under two years of full time work experience), with an emphasis on potential rather than formal credentials.
