So if you were to look up 2000s gyaru, I believe, you will see that gyaru makeup them is very different from now, they didn’t follow the “three shade rule” and there were also may different kids of gyaru, now there is one very well known type while the rest aren’t as popular, so of the other gyaru styles still don’t follow the “three shade rule rule” also it was never a rule but more of a suggestion in the culture.
