Under the Fourth Amendment, police generally cannot seize or search your phone without a valid warrant. However, they can seize it without a warrant in limited situations: if you give consent, during a lawful arrest, or due to exigent circumstances (like preventing the imminent destruction of evidence). So thank you for the law suit and I wouldn’t have show the video it’s for them to prove 100% that you created the fire 🔥
