@thehuskulargoddess: Success came only after I found ways to make fitness fit me. Doing hours of cardio was fighting against my PCOS/PMOS body. I am autistic and I have ADHD so a set plan for work outs or meal prepping never worked for me. I need something rigid enough for my autism and varied enough for my ADHD. It's like threading a needle. Thats where the pull, push, legs split comes in handy. I don't plan my workouts beforehand, instead I do a choose your own adventure" type of workout. I go into the gym with a body part I want to train that day and then I pick exercises that target that area specifically. If you want something rigid enough. Varied enough.
